XS Nuvali Call for Support: “Xavier Sulong” Relief Operations

Dear Members of the Xavier School Nuvali Community,

 

Xavier School Nuvali, in close coordination with its class officers and the High School Student Council of Xavier School (San Juan), is now organizing “Xavier Sulong,” a relief effort to collect monetary and material donations for all those affected by the effects of typhoon Maring in many parts of Luzon. We would like to seek your help in supporting the said project.

In order to address the urgent needs of the victims, we would like to request that you donate ONLY the goods listed below. Kindly place the goods in an ECO-BAG to avoid the need for sorting so that they may be immediately distributed to the victims. You are encouraged to donate as many relief bags as possible. Each relief bag should contain the following items:

We will be accepting donations from August 27-28, 2013 only. Drop off will be at the Ramon Ang Gymnasium from 6:35a.m. to 2p.m. only.

For cash and check donations, kindly place in an envelope and include both donor/student and amount details. Checks must be made payable to Xavier School, Inc. Parents may give these donations to: the cashier at the Administration Office; or through their children’s Homeroom Teacher.

Please fax the deposit slip to (02) 724-1921 or scan the deposit slip and email to info@nuvali.xs.edu.ph.  Indicate XSN, name of the donor/student, grade level and section.

Xavier School Nuvali also welcomes assistance in the form of additional eco-bags and  transportation for the delivery of relief goods. The tentative dates for delivery are August 29 and 30. Kindly coordinate with Mr. Vergel Domingo if you are interested in providing transportation.
