XS San Juan HSPO: H2 Fire and Wind Recollection

11 September 2013

Dear High 2 Parents,

Greetings!  In line with the school’s vision of forming our students to become men “fully alive”, we aim not only to equip them intellectually, but also to provide for them spiritual formation that will hopefully lead and enable them to face the new challenges and concerns that they are facing as teenagers today.

The formation of students, however, will only be most effective if it is reinforced in the family. As such, we would like to stress the important role you, as parents, will play in the Christian upbringing of your son i.e., by becoming your son’s confidante and mentor. And the best way to make this possible is for us to provide a venue to deepen–for some to begin, and for others, to rebuild—your relationship with your son.

In this regard, we would like to invite the fathers to join your sons in a “Father and Son ” recollection which is a part of the WISP (Workshop on Ignatian Spirituality for Parents) series specifically designed to highlight the role of parents in the formation of their children.

Please note that this is a special day that we have reserved for the fathers to be with your sons. As such, it will be more meaningful if you could make yourself available and be present for the whole duration of the event.

We are going to follow the following schedule:
