Once again, the most wonderful time of the year is just around the corner so may I invite you to COOK, SHOP, ’till YOU DROP! … a fundraiser for the benefit of ERDA Technical and Vocational School.
The activity comes in 2 parts:
Cooking Lessons taught by culinary icons – Food Historian Lillian Borromeo, Chef Philip Golding, Chef Jessie Sincioco and Chef Reggie Aspiras. The class will highlight holiday recipes for your loved ones to feast on at Christmastime. Classics such as Traditional Ensaimada with Tsokolateng Antiguo, Glazed Hams, Perfect Cold Cut and Cheese Platters, Paella Stuffed Lechon, etc. Many surprises and freebies await you!
Bazaar of Chef Reggie’s Favorite Things – On sale are fine gourmet and regional food products, ingredients, organic produce, beverages, kitchen and house wares, Christmas baskets, novelty gift items and many more items from specialty vendors.
Date: November 7, 2013, Thursday
Time: Cooking Class starts at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 3 p.m.
Bazaar is open from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Venue: Angelo King, Multi Purpose Center, Xavier School, San Juan
Cost: Cooking Class – P 5,000 inclusive of entrance to bazaar
Bazaar Ticket – P 500.00
Payment: Please make checks payable to Xavier School, Inc. For those attending the cooking class, kindly remit payment to Accounting Office on or before November 5. Extra Bazaar tickets will be available at the Accounting Office.
