REMINDERS FOR STUDENTS:

  • Clear the classroom of all personal school materials before the QT days.  You may bring your belongings home or store them inside your lockers.  Non-compliance will warrant an appropriate sanction.
  • CURFEW during QT days is 12NN.  Students are not allowed to stay inside the campus beyond curfew except for official business, i.e. PAA, make-up activities, etc.

GUIDELINES IN SECURING CLEARANCE:

  • Students whose names appear on the LIST OF STUDENTS WITH ACCOUNTABILITIES should:
    • get a clearance slip from Ms. Sarah Cabanos of the HS Principal’s  Office (HSPO). The clearance slip will indicate the office/s where the student still has accountability.
    • settle the accountability, pay dues at the Accounting Office (if necessary), and secure the signature of the authorized personnel from the office/s concerned
    • submit the accomplished clearance slip back to Ms. Cabanos (HSPO)  
  • A P100 fine will be charged to students whose clearance slips are submitted AFTER March 7 (for Grade 7 & High 4) or March 12 (for Grade 8 to High 3).
  • Students who are not cleared will NOT be able to claim their report card on March 26, 2014.
  • Students should be in COMPLETE UNIFORM during clearance days. Policies on HAIRCUT and BRINGING OF CELLPHONES will still be in effect.  Students who do not comply will not be accommodated for clearance.
