XS San Juan GSPO: Mid Quarter PTC on July 25, Friday

Dear Parents,

In line with the school’s effort to foster home – school collaboration, we are scheduling a Mid-Quarter Parent-Teacher Conference on 25 July, Friday from 12:45 – 5:00 pm.

Please note that the time we have set aside for this upcoming PTC is shorter than usual since we would like to maximize the remaining school days for instruction time. This change is in light of the recent suspension of classes where we lost three days of instruction.

Given this, to make sure we are available to address the most important concerns during the PTC, we request that smaller matters be brought to the attention of the concerned teachers via notes on the HSCN or through email instead. Moreover, we advise you to come on time and keep the conference brief (5-7 minutes per couple) so that we can accommodate as many parents as possible. Please note that parents who arrive beyond 4:30 p.m. may be refused entry.

For those who have urgent concerns but are not able to meet with the teachers due to long queues, you may set a special appointment with the teachers through the Grade School Principal’s Office (GSPO).

Please take note of our schedule on July 25.
