Frederick Ivan Michael Tan’s Speech:
Good morning teachers and classmates.
It has been an honor and privilege to represent Xavier school and our country in the IMSO Science Competition in Bali, Indonesia. Joining this competition with students from different countries made me realize that Science is truly a universal language that can be appreciated and understood by all. I used to think that I was only average in Science, and that there were a lot of other students better than me. However, when I started to study seriously, I was able to qualify for the competition and win a silver medal.
That is why I would like to encourage all of you to work hard with pure determination and in the end you will reach your goal and be rewarded with success.
Thank you and Luceat Lux!
