Time : 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Stall Floor Area : 2.7 sq.m. (1.8m x 1.5m)
Set-up : 1 long table & 2 monobloc chairs – c/o Xavier School
Company Signage/Streamer – c/o Food Provider
Restriction : Products in direct competition with sponsors
(Food providers will be advised accordingly.)
Rates : Major Food Providers — Php 12,000.00
Minor Food Providers — Php 7,000.00
Xavier School has limited the number of booths per category and reserves the right to sample and pre-approve items and corresponding selling prices prior to contract-signing. Also, food providers cannot hold Xavier School liable for any losses that may be incurred in the operation of said booth/s.
You may email your application form with complete list of food items and corresponding selling price to firstname.lastname@example.org or submit filled up forms at the Information Desk (Gate 2) by 10:00am, Thursday, 13 January 2015.

Approved/Accepted Food Providers will be notified sometime a week after 17 January 2014. Payment should be made immediately thereafter.
