Dear Parents and Students,
The Xavier School community will celebrate its annual school fair on 07 FEBRUARY 2015, SATURDAY and 08 FEBRUARY 2015, SUNDAY from 9:00A.M. – 5:00 P.M. This much-awaited event, entitled LUMOS, A Xavier Magical Fair, will bring together various members of the Xavier School community in a magical and fantasy adventure featuring games, rides, and a bazaar, among other attractions. (ENTRANCE GATES: Gate 6 and Gate 9; EXIT GATES: Gate 8 and Gate 9)
In addition, we shall have the annual variety show entitled HALCYON: The 2015 Xavier School Variety Show on FEBRUARY 7, SATURDAY from 4:00-11:00PM at the Fr. Rafael Cortina Sports Center. The concert which aims to encourage everyone to choose to be happy and spread happiness, will be hosted by VJ Tom Alvarez and VJ Andre of RX 93.1. It will feature performances from Taken by Cars and She’s Only Sixteen and other amateur performers. Highlights of the show include a performance from our very own Singing Ensemble and the much anticipated Fashion Show. Entrance gate is Gate 4.
We also would like to invite you to join us for the First Saturday Family Mass on Saturday, February 7, 6:00 P.M. at the High School Multi Purpose Hall. You may enter through Gate 1. In addition, you may also join a Eucharistic Celebration on Sunday, February 8, 8:00 A.M. at the Angelo King Multi Purpose Center (MPC). The entrance gate for the Sunday Mass is Gate 9. Aeta children and guests from Katutubo Village, Porac, Pampanga are expected to attend the mass. A short program for guests featuring talented Xavier School students will follow after the Mass.
To help you avoid long queues, we are PRE-SELLING the fair entrance tickets, variety show tickets, and fair chit booklets through this letter starting THURSDAY, 05 FEBRUARY 2015. You may place your orders through the reply slip below (Please refer to the reply slip attached to the printed copy of the letter that will be released on Tuesday, 03 February). Note that there is NO REFUND for the tickets and chit booklets bought. Shirts, as well as other fair merchandise, will also be available for purchase during the fair days, but only while supplies last.
|As with last school year, Xavier School is strictly enforcing a DRESS CODE for ALL fair-goers. Please note the following:
● NO abusive or offensive language on shirts or accessories.
● For ladies: NO revealing and see-through clothing. Clothing is deemed revealing if it does not cover the following: shoulders, chest, midriff, back, thigh.
Failure to comply with the dress code will DENY you entry
As we announced previously, February 9, Monday is School Fair Holiday. Thus, there will be NO CLASSES on February 9.
The fair’s proceeds benefit various charities. Thus, we appeal to your generosity and request for your support in this endeavor. Luceat Lux!
