XSN will start processing late enrollment of students starting May 19-22 for those who would not be able to enroll on May 25-26. Payment and submission of the application/revalidation forms for the fetcher’s ID will also be accepted. Charging of the late enrollment fee will be applied. Please refer to the enrollment primer for the requirements and enrollment procedures.
The following services will only be available on May 25-26:
- picture taking for the fetcher’s ID and new students.
Specific announcements regarding the claiming of school supplies and textbooks will be posted in the lobby.
XSN VEHICLE STICKER
The XSN Vehicle Sticker is now available. The following are required upon application:
- accomplished application form
- photocopy of the OR/CR
- payment of P850.00
Physical presence of the vehicle is also required as the sticker will be attached by the school’s security personnel. Please note that the stickers are limited to 2 per family.
You may get the application form from the security personnel at the lobby of the Primary School Building. You may also download it from the link below. Please print on 8″ x 13″ bond paper.
To facilitate the issuance of the sticker, vehicle owners are requested to remove the previous school year’s XSN sticker.
