School Year 2015-2016 has just begun, but the Father Pierre Tritz Institute – ERDA Tech already has a big reason to be happy and celebrate. This is because its principal for three years now, Mr. Peter Marc D. Magsalin has been recognized and awarded by the Manila City government as one of its outstanding educators.

Indeed, under Mr. Magsalin’s able guidance and with his solid background on technical-vocational education, the school has gone through many improvements in its curriculum, formation programs, and physical plant, and is gearing up toward transforming itself into a purely senior high school a few years from now in its new home in either Laguna or Batangas.

Mr. Magsalin, or Sir Marc as he is more popularly called in the ERDA Tech school community, was seconded by Xavier School to ERDA in 2009. He served as assistant principal from 2009 to 2012, OIC principal during the second semester of school year 2012-2013, and then principal from 2013 up to the present.
