EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. GGG-03-005 series of 2016 is an order regulating the mode of parking at Grant, Washington, and Madison Streets in Greenhills, City of San Juan, Metro Manila. Please note that under the various sections of this new Executive Order, the following shall be gradually implemented starting August 1, 2016:

• All vehicles parked in Grant Street, Washington Street and Madison Street in West Greenhills Subdivision shall henceforth observe PARALLEL PARKING.
• The Traffic Parking and Management Office (TPMO) in coordination with the Task Force Disciplina (TFD) shall implement this mode of parking at the above mentioned or covered areas.
• The fines and penalties imposed under Municipal Ordinance No. 37, Series of 2004 (Traffic Management Code of the Municipality of San Juan, Metro Manila) shall apply to violators of this Executive Order.

We would like to inform the members of the Xavier Community that double parking is not allowed along these streets, in order to avoid penalties and obstructions that may create more traffic in the area. Please note that using hazard lights while waiting for passengers is no different from double parking. We remind you to observe the 15-second rule for loading and unloading so as not to cause traffic build up. Let us all do our part for the common good.

We would also like to encourage you to use the Xavier School Multi-level Parking located at Gate 9, Washington Street.

We ask our Xavier parents to share the above information with their drivers who will be bringing their son/s to, or fetching them from Xavier School.

Thank you for your valuable cooperation.
