The Xavier School Batch 83 Foundation, led by its director, Michael T. Ng, Secretary-General Richard P. Sy-Facunda, together with officers of the National Children’s Hospital led by its medical director, Dra. Epifania Simbul, Dra. Andrea Bagain and other department heads inaugurated the refurbished Tsikiting Center at the 5th floor of the National Children’s Hospital along E. Rodriguez, Quezon City last July 30, 2017.

The Tsikiting Center is an Occupational Therapy Room for pediatric patients with neurological problems. In the speech delivered by Michael Ng, he notes ‘We have more cases of ADHD and autism today.  With science it is now possible to diagnose a child with neuro problems in the early stages of life.  ADHD can be managed and the child may live a more “normal” life.’

The National Children’s Hospital is recognized as an excellent government-run pediatric hospital which provides the best pediatric healthcare based on the tradition of excellence in service, research, and training future leaders in child care.
