Xavier School Student Bags a Bronze Medal from IMWiC

Last May 21-22, 2017, the International Math Wizards Challenge (IMWiC) was held at Fliport Hotel Xiamen Software Park in Xiamen, China.

The IMWiC is committed to promote mathematics excellence around the world through mathematics competition. It also pursues the promotion of excellence in mathematics education and establishes a venue for the cooperation and communication among nations. It also advocates the understanding of cultural diversities and strengthens the friendship and solidarity among participants.

Xavier School San Juan’s very own Marcus Sean Tansiongkun of Grade 7B won a bronze medal from the said competition. Xavier School congratulates Marcus for bringing pride and glory, not only to Xavier School, but to the Philippines as well. Luceat lux!
